Assignment three involved designing an authentic learning environment on a Wikispace. This assignment was a group task and my group members were Bec Bowley and Lisa Ford. Our group decided to create a authentic task for primary students from years 5 to 7. The students task involves creating a digital storybook that will be of interest to a year one class. Digital storytelling is a highly motivating, engaging activity that allows students to work independently. Our task fits into the Australian curriculum under English: more specifically reading and writing.
